The Marketing and Technical Services Manager is responsible for promoting the Radici Plastics brand in India and supporting the Department with increased market awareness and its brands, services or products.

The candidate will work in Marketing and Technical Services Function and will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Tech Services.

 

Responsabilities

 

  • analyze market data to ensure the implamantation of marketing strategies;
  • support planning of strategic market growth initiatives for specific sectors;
  • ensure consistency of brand messaging by analysing consumer behaviour and identifying opportunities for market expansion;
  • effectively communicate marketing plans to internal and external stakeholders;
  • drive the research of demands for products and services and evaluate the competitive landscape;
  • mesure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by collecting and analysing data;
  • demonstrate improvement in overall sample “hit rate” (development KPIs);
  • monitor and develop new business opportunities, new products, and applications;
  • follow, internally and externally, the material approval process;
  • participate in Global Marketing initiatives and activities;
  • manage the development process and coordinate all responses from internal Departments to the customers;
  • build and maintain a relationship with customers, acting as technical representative to the customer;
  • make technical presentations to customers;
  • attendance at customer-oriented trade and conferences;
  • provides trouble shooting to the customers for Injection moulding process/extrusion process, raw material selection & different applications;
  • share inputs with R&D team/customer in critical trials;
  • update and track activities on the CRM system.

 

Technical Knowledge

 

  • experience in Engineering Plastics applications and Industrial markets;
  • injection Moulding/ Compounding/ Polymer Industry knowledge is a must;
  • market analysis, knowledge/experience of/in the market, preferably plastic sector;
  • negotiation and marketing skills;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • knowledge of Windows programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

 

Job requirements

 

  • B. Tech Polymer/Chemical degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technical;
  • minimum 5-8 years of experience in the sector;
  • previous experiences in similar roles;
  • english written and spoken is required for ordinary communication with the Global team;
  • travel Experience.
