Radici Plastics Brasil research a Laboratory Inspector

RADICI Plastics Ltda is the Brazilian Company of the High Performance Polymers Business Unit of RadiciGroup, one of the world’s leading producers of a wide range of chemical intermediates, polyamide polymers, engineering plastics, synthetic fibres, with approximately 3,000 employees, and a network of production and sales sites located throughout Europe, North America, South America and Asia.

The Laboratory Inspector at Radici Plastics Ltda is responsible for supporting the laboratory team in carrying out technical activities, performing inspections and tests on materials, reviewing and checking products during production, monitoring laboratory processes and procedures to ensure Company quality standards.

The candidate will report directly to the Laboratory Supervisor of Radici Plastics Ltda.

Responsabilities

• monitor and analyze samples from production;
• inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications;
• carry out mechanical and chemical tests;
• analyse raw materials and release finished products;
• collaborate with laboratory team to develop and implement corrective actions to identify non-compliance issues;
• open non-compliance reports.

Technical Knowledge

• technician or Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Plastics - CRQ active;
• ability to use spreadsheet tools, email - intranet.

Job requirements

• availability to work night shift.
